用途 / Intended use

ModernTerminal 是一个 iPad SSH 终端应用，用于连接你拥有、管理或被授权访问的服务器。你需要对自己运行的命令和连接的系统负责。

ModernTerminal is an iPad SSH terminal for connecting to servers that you own, manage, or are authorized to access. You are responsible for the commands you run and the systems you connect to.

凭据和服务器 / Credentials and servers

你负责保护输入应用的 SSH 密码、私钥和服务器信息。应用会使用设备侧安全存储保存凭据，但你仍应保护设备、系统账号和备份。

You are responsible for protecting SSH passwords, private keys, and server information entered into the app. The app uses device-side secure storage, but you should still secure your device, system accounts, and backups.

使用限制 / Restrictions

你不得使用本应用连接未授权系统、攻击第三方服务、绕过安全控制、窃取数据，或执行任何违法违规行为。

You may not use the app to access unauthorized systems, attack third-party services, bypass security controls, steal data, or perform illegal activity.

免责声明 / Disclaimer

本应用按现状提供。因远端命令、服务器配置、网络环境、第三方系统或用户操作造成的数据丢失、服务中断或损失，我们在法律允许范围内不承担间接损失责任。

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by remote commands, server configuration, network conditions, third-party systems, or user actions.
